I am learning empowers senior leaders with meaningful data and real time reporting.
The comprehensive aggregation of results as students access materials are collated and reported, enabling leaders and managers to deeply interrogate and report upon whole school performance. Leaders and managers can view whole school reports with such information as demonstrating time spent (in and outside of school) and academic achievements within I am learning, demonstrating distribution across key stages, years, curriculum subjects, targeted groups, classes down to an individuals performance.






This rich picture of the school can be collated and compared with other management information to analyse trends in relation to attendance, behavior and learning outcomes. Such tools provide a foundation for decisions i.e. budgets to support raised attainment in key groups (C/D borderline, under achieving boys, behavior improvement, able and talented, students with learning difficulties etc.) Furthermore, measurable targets can be set and tracked on a departmental basis, thus by combining and interrogating this series of information, staffing and support levels can be effectively monitored and structured to ensure every individual is given the opportunity to be the best they can be.
I am learning can help extend learning opportunities to excluded students and other hard to reach groups are both ends of the achievement spectrum; demonstrating when learners accessed resources, what specifically was accessed, the duration, achievements, demonstrating progression and highlighting areas in need of improvement.
I am learning supports with planning whole school strategies and their implementation; with real time monitoring, setting measurable targets with accountability at every level of the school. Ultimately this aims to ensure the school can continue to effectively support their learners and every stakeholder in each child's continuous development.
Every student and member of staff is empowered by the deep and meaningful information provided by I am learning and as such supports reduced workloads and more focused learning activity whilst fostering a positive approach to teaching and learning.
